Gama — Moving Through Ki — Moving Through Stillness

1 Hour  •  Yin Yoga + Reiki  •  Simultaneously

The flow of healing through stillness. You do not have to chase healing — you simply have to be still enough to let it find you.

Still Body.
Moving Energy.

Velasãna™ blends Yin Yoga and Reiki energy healing into one deeply immersive experience — and here is what makes it unlike anything else offered anywhere: both happen at the same time.

While your body is held in a long, still Yin pose — connective tissue releasing, nervous system quieting — Dominique's hands move through your energy field simultaneously. The body opens. The energy flows into exactly the places that have just softened.

Not about doing. About allowing. The body already knows how to heal — Velasãna™ creates the conditions for it to remember.

Offering Yin Yoga and Reiki simultaneously is not simply a matter of being certified in both — though Dominique is. It requires rare intuition, deep training, and the ability to hold two healing frequencies at once. This experience was not designed in a training manual. It was created by Dominique — and it exists nowhere else.

What Happens in Velasãna™

The Pose

Yin Yoga

Long-held, fully supported postures targeting connective tissue, fascia, and joints. Stillness as the active ingredient.

Simultaneously

Reiki

Healing energy channelled into the exact areas the Yin pose has just opened. The opening and the healing in the same breath.

Throughout

Breath & Stillness

Dominique guides you through the experience with gentle cues, intentional breath, and a quality of presence that makes it safe to fully let go.

Closing

Integration

Time to return slowly, absorb the experience, and feel what has shifted. Most women stay still long after the experience ends.
