I spent over 20 years with a company I genuinely loved, surrounded by people who made showing up easy. I'm grateful for every single one of those years — the friendships, the growth, the experiences. But underneath all of it, there was this quiet, persistent feeling I couldn't shake. A hole. A knowing. Like I was meant for something more, and this — as good as it was — just wasn't it.
Then came my daughter, then my son, and I stepped away to be fully present as a mom. I thought the space would hand me some big revelation. Instead, life handed me a separation, a whole lot of uncertainty, and that familiar ache of there has to be more than this.
Turns out, that was exactly the curriculum I needed.
It was through my own hardships — the kind you don't post about — and a real, unglamorous commitment to working on myself that everything shifted. I began to heal. And somewhere in that process, I realized I wasn't just healing for me. I was being prepared to help you.
I'm a single mom who has genuinely worked through her stuff. I've studied multiple healing modalities, and I've come out the other side not just intact, but on fire with purpose. Every detour, every hard season, every moment I thought I was lost — it all made me someone who can sit with you in yours without flinching.

Outdoors
All experiences can be offered in Dominique's beautiful outdoor space — weather permitting. Her outdoor setting is nestled in a residential neighbourhood, which means it carries the natural rhythm of everyday life around it. Birdsong, a passing car, a neighbour's lawnmower — these are not interruptions. They are reminders that healing happens in the middle of real life, not apart from it. That said, Dominique will always discuss the outdoor option with you ahead of time so you can choose what feels right for your experience.

Sound + Reiki Healing
The perfect entry point. A deeply restorative session that combines the ancient intelligence of Reiki with the healing frequencies of sound. You will leave feeling lighter than you have in a very long time — and probably wondering why you waited this long.

Breath + Sound Healing
Vayu means breath — and breath is where everything begins. This one-hour session weaves movement, breathwork, and sound meditation into an experience that reaches every layer of your being. Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.

The Complete Balanced Energy Experience
Shakti is the primordial life force. Sama means balance. This is everything — the full, deeply immersive experience for the woman who is ready to go all in on herself. Ninety minutes of pure, intentional healing. You have been worth this for a long time.

Yin Yoga + Reiki — Simultaneously
Gama — moving through. Ki — moving through stillness. While your body is held in the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, Reiki flows through you at the exact same time. The body opens. The energy moves. Nobody else offers this — because nobody else is Dominique.

Reiki with Dominique helped me lower my high blood pressure and stress in a way I honestly didn't expect. After my session, I slept better and felt calmer. The session was deeply relaxing — gentle hand placements and guided breathing. Reiki felt like the missing piece my life needed.
I was new to Reiki and did not know what to expect. Dominique was absolutely amazing and the environment she creates is very calm and soothing. She communicates very clearly and I am positive she made a difference in identifying and starting to move some energy blockages. I could not recommend her highly enough.
